|Recommended: YesWaterfront Crossing — A great location at a reasonable price. My only main complaint is my neighbors who are very loud at night, but that doesn't really reflect the apartment itself. It is a nice apartment if you want to live in Creve Coeur.

I appreciated their honesty and hard work trying to find the right fit for our family. We love our apartment- floors a little creaky near the baby room but lol that’s my only complaint I can say. So far, so great

|Recommended: YesIt Could Use An Update — Mary and Miranda are very helpful and patient. Maintenance is slow and doesnt completely fix problems but the after hours maintenance is quick and responds immediately.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — Walking into the breezeway next to the lake each day, I take a sigh and relax. The laundry building is convenient and after the remodel looks great. Love the club house and the gym. Always have parking and the grounds are well kept. The only issue I have is the terrible maintenance. It doesn't bother me to much. It doesn't take long for them to respond but they usually don't fix the issues very well.
