|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Waterfront Crossing is a great place to live. The staff has been genuine and courteous with me. Mary in the office is always a pleasure to chat with. My apartment hasn't had many issues but the issues that I have had have been quickly corrected by the maintenance staff. There is plenty of parking and I have not had issues with noise from neighbors. I would recommend any potential renters to try this place out.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Property - 5 Stars — I like the apartment that I am living in. The appliances work great, I have not experienced any problems with power, A C, or other electricity issues. The staff are very helpful and the repairs have been timely

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — Its very nice and quiet. The apartment has lots of room and affordable. The. grounds are kept very nice and I always have a parking space.
|Recommended: YesGreat And Affordable Place To Live — This complex is in a great location and has all the amenities you could want. The maintenance has been quick to fix any issues so far and staff has been helpful with questions. The only complaint I would say is that neighbors are very easily heard above and below.

|Recommended: YesVery Happy Here — It's quiet and peaceful. I very rarely hear my neighbors and I know there are kids next to me . The staff is always very polite and courteous. Maintenance fixes things very quickly. The only thing I have an issue with is that my parking lot is not very well lit. However, I never feel unsafe. I'm happy with my decision to move here.
