Somerset Apartment Management was founded in 2009 by President Matt Skvarla
Since then, Somerset Apartment Management has been renovating, operating, and overseeing the management of leading communities ever since.

WHERE WE
ARE
Back when we first began our journey, our roots were laid in
Memphis, TN. Somerset Apartment Management is
now headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
While SAM is positioned to provide national support, we have chosen
to focus on properties in the Southeastern United States. We
currently own and operate apartment communities in
nine states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi,
Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and
Tennessee.
