The major problem I am having is not being able to use my stove. Every eye on the stove either move or wobble Not safe at all Maintenance has been by and said there’s nothing he can do, will let the manager know about it. Well I rather have a stove in my apartment that I can use without pots or plans sliding off. This matter is very important, please someone need to fix this ASAP……
IHAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING MY MONTHLY RENT, at least y’all should accommodate me as well.

|Recommended: YesJust moved to STL from PHL and I was looking for something similar to what I had back east. Not only did this apartment complex exceed my expectations of amenities and rent pricing. It blows it out of the water with how many different variations of apartment styles there are, and not to mention the staff Mrs. Charolette They’re almost always bright and smiling when we walk in. The tour sold me and the process was so quick and easy. Very self explanatory, and if not clearly explained. Now I just moved in 12 2 so I don’t have much to add but I’d say it’s primal for location, money, and amenities wise. Gets 8.5 out of 10 for me.

|Recommended: YesI moved in here a few days ago. Was the process perfect. No, but nothing in life worth havibg is perfect. My maitenece requestshave been delivered quickly and correctly. The apt has some unique features like a heating lamp in the bathroom and my carpet is pristine. Its possible they are doing their best to keep the pricing affordable while maintaining upgrades. The location has a gorgeous view of the water. Nobody asked me to write this review but i wanted to counteract some of the horrible reviews on other sites. Give this place a chance. They are slowly upgrading so they do things correctly.
