|Recommended: YesMaybe 🤔 They have two pools but none open yet and I have been have a BLACK MOLD problem twice during the hot 🥵 summer days as I live on the ground floor and the apartments above me leaks water and that is why I have BLACK MOLD OTHER then that it’s not a bad place to live They just need to get a pool open

|Recommended: YesMaintenance — My toilet has been running non stop since January 13 and nobody still has came to fix the issue. The noise is annoying and if my water bill is high that’s going to be a problem. My hot water in the shower stays hot for 10 minutes or less and the dishwasher doesn’t work. So I’m not using a lot of water. These are simple fixes that I asked about over 2 weeks ago now.

|Recommended: YesPretty Decent For The Price — For the price, the condition is not bad. You just would have to be on top of what needs maintenance on your own. The leasing office is very friendly. Any issues can be talked through and handled.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live Just Overpriced — This is a nice place to live. Very safe and pretty quiet. Downsides are the pool is never open and if so only 1. Gym hardly open. Laundry room hardly open. So I’m confused by the price since we can’t use the amenities we pay for. Maintenance responds but they’re very creepy towards females. Staff is very nice before you move in, cordial after. Don’t expect what it looks like online

I gave the grounds cleanliness landscaping only 2 stars because after walking around the lake, I noticed it could have better lawn areas for the ground floor units. The walkout deck on the lake had cables and broken blue and white vase in the water and the covered walk out deck on the lake had railings missing and unstable floor boards. Also, the mailboxes could use a good overall replacement, at least at this building, 787. If the geese droppings could be hosed off the walking trail, that would be a huge plus
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Kept Very Nice And Clean. — I really enjoy living here except for when I moved in many items were still not fixed before I arrived. There is also some poor maintenance when it comes to items that should be fixed ASAP.
|Recommended: YesBeen Very Good To Me — My unit works for me. It’s affordable and 20 minutes from anywhere. The office staff is always courteous and professional I don’t think I could get anymore somewhere else. I am happy.
