|Recommended: YesReview — I’ve never had big problems here. Maintenance is okay, they don’t fix issues, just apply bandaids to them. The construction quality is absolutely horrible here. Very cheap. The do not keep the grounds clean. There is trash all in the grass behind the buildings. It is over all quiet, but you can hear your upstairs neighbor clear as day. Parking is perfect no issue at all. Some of the girls in the front office are helpful, wish I knew the names. Other than that, I am satisfied with my place. Just wish it was kept up better.

Maintenance staff professional and friendly as well
|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — It's only been a couple of weeks since we moved in but during this time we have had interactions with the office management staff and the maintenance staff.
The office staff has been great providing us with respect and knowledgeable info about the units here at Civic West. We have brought up a few minor issues and they have been prompt to address them and get them taken care of though they were small. They have treated us very fair and with respect and that's all you can ask for. Very friendly and professional.
We have also met several of the maintenance staff and they have had the same respect for us and have been very friendly and kind.
