submitted by Jamell L. - Apr 02, 2019|Recommended: NoVery Nice Neighborhood. Parking Is Bad. — The neighborhood in general is a very clean neighborhood. Staff are very friendly and helping but for how much I pay I would rather go somewhere that has assigned parking or garages. Five house hold in my building have over 4 cars. It’s not fair that I have to walk halfway thru the neighborhood at night or mid day to find parking. Prime parking should be limited to two cars max per house hold. The dumpster always is full to the point people pile trash up on the ground in front of the compacter. People are letting there dogs use the bathroom on the side walks and leaving it there.

We understand how parking can be scarce at times depending on the time you arrive home. I encourage you to reach out to the courtesy officer if you have parking concerns or notice cars illegally parked etc another option would be to rent a garage to ensure a spot at all times. In addition, we try our very best to control the dog waste throughout the community, we have several pet waste stations throughout the community and encourage you to report to us anyone who you may witness not following the rules. Lastly, we understand the trash compactor can get clogged or blocked at times, we try our best to continuously clear it as residents through trash away.
