I absolutely love my apartment, the common ways could use more care - some lightbulb fixtures are broken, minor trash. The grounds cleanliness as well, with dog leftovers in the grass and with so many buildings, the trash bins compacter fill quickly. I appreciate the added Locker system for packages, very convenient. Also the maintenance staff has been quickly responsive to all concerns. Would renew would recommend.

My place is beautiful and I love the size the style, and large windows. Maintenance staff was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Stephanie and Sam, were also very helpful and kind. Good Team,

submitted by Layla B. - |Recommended: NoA Few Flaws — Some flaws in the apartment.. Something on our Kitchen sink that has splatted on and on the back of the wall. Rusty dishwasher. Carpet metal part lifted. Painters deff could of done better. There is a ton of splatted paint on our floor and kitchen counter. Front door paint already peeled. Patio door rusty and with a broken blind already. Crazy with the amount of dog poop at the dog park. They could add a camera to the car wash maintenance building to hold ppl accountable of not picking up the poop. Upstairs neighbors, you can deff hear the kids running around or some type of pounding at 9pm on week days.

The people I have met and spoken with have all been very friendly and straightforward. The apartment is beautiful and a great cost as well for the times we live in. Not to mention, putting in requests for maintenance or making payments toward rent are extremely easy as well.
