Vanguard Heights allows up to 3 vehicles per apartment home in our covered parking garage. Our unassigned garage parking is $100 for 1 vehicle and $50 for each additional vehicle. Guest parking is available on the 4th floor of the garage. All vehicles must be registered with the leasing office. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Pet Policy

Vanguard Heights loves your furry friends! Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. We require a $250 non-refundable fee, a $250 refundable pet deposit and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Our community has a weight limit of 100lbs. Our restricted breed list includes Pitbull’s, Mastiffs, Rottweiler’s, German Shepherds, Chow Chow’s, Cane Corso’s, Doberman Pinchers, Akita’s, Dalmatians, and breeds related to therein. Other prohibited pets include but are not limited to: monkeys, snakes, ferrets, potbelly pigs, miniature horses, and rabbits. Fish tanks larger than 10 gallons are also not permitted.
