|Recommended: YesGreat Safe Quiet Place To Live — I love living here. Any time I have any sort of problem with the apartment it is handled and taken care of within 24. If I’m being honest more like 12 hours. The office staff are always a delight to speak to about any concerns or questions I may have. They are also very accommodating. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. It is well maintained and just a perfect place for me.

This was our best decision to move here from Chesterfield, MO. The staff is great, always professional and friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful.
Ms Christina, the manager, is the best and always has a smile for you when you come in the door . Her assistant managers and the maintenance men are right along with Ms. Christina with their professionalism and will always help.
We are so lucky to find a perfect home and the best staff ever. I know we hit the jackpot, and we are always bragging on our apartment complex and staff at Research Park. Thank you for making us feel welcome

|Recommended: YesJust A Great And Relaxing Place — Haven’t had any problems since moving in. Maintenance always does requests the next day and do a great job. The staff in the clubhouse are super nice and willing to make anything work for you. They have multiple contests and ways to earn money off rent which is awesome.

Both the maintenance Team and the Office Team are a pleasure to work with and know you by name when you see them. I very much enjoy my current residence and the area is great, too The space you get for the price cannot be compared in this area. Highly recommended

The staff is always responsive and friendly, and neighbors are respectful of each other. I love the enclosed breezeways and the availability of garages. I've compared my apartment to others at various complexes and this layout is by far the best, the pricing among the best.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — They go above and beyond at this complex in many ways. I have lived here for a couple years and have no intentions of leaving anytime soon. They work hard to keep the property maintained and looking it's best They try to get to know their residents as people and really care. If there are concerns they take them seriously. Bill is the best maintenance worker there is around and handles maintenance requests promptly. Love the office staff here and manager Christine
