I can only say this is one very happy resident. When I have turned in maintenance requests they respond QUICKLY and professionally and I have always been satisfied with the outcome and are always prompt and responsive to concerns and questions. I have already happily renewed my lease. I gave only four stars for hearing neighbors but I live in a bottom floor apartment so some sound goes with the territory but it hasn't been bad at all. Before moving into The Crossings I looked at several area complexes in my price range, stopped and talked with residents at each one and it was an easy choice.

I love the location and it's incredibly easy to get a maintenance work order sorted out. My only complaint is that my upstairs neighbors sound like they're filming for Stomp the Yard 3 but that's not the complex's fault. 10 10 would recommend
