|Recommended: YesLove My Apartment — I love my apartment, utilities isn't too expensive, and getting packages is super easy convenient and safe I don't worry at all about them getting stolen, broken, or lost . Maintenance for my apartment moving in was an experience but I would blame it on moving in pretty quick after the last resident moved out. Lots needed to be done in my first couple weeks but everything was fixed or replaced and I absolutely love my apartment. Parking is the only inconvenience as the QH only - street lot fills up quickly in the evenings maybe instill some rules such as second car has to park in the garage down the block, if you don't use your car often or ever then park in the garage, no illegal parking within the lot to prevent accidents . I love that street parking around the area is free so my guests have never had a problem finding a parking spot within a 2 block radius nor have had to worry about the security of their car as this is a safe neighborhood. I have been super fortunate to have amazing neighbors because I can rarely hear them. Floors are carpeted so you can barely hear the people above you. This company is super on top of everything and are dog friendly. I am so glad my friend, who also lives in an apartment with QH, recommended me this company. I do think the main building entry door- code entry technology can be fixed updated so that it can actually work properly.

It is close to anything you would want to do, the upkeep is amazing, and surprisingly quiet for not only an apartment building, but also for a downtown neighborhood. Plus the office staff is awesome
