|Recommended: YesI have been renting here since 2016 and could not be any happier I have wrote a review before, but thought I would update my thoughts. I love the fact that it's surrounded by green space and houses, but close to shopping. I enjoy walking and Franks Park is so close. The landscaping is fantastic, a grilling pavilion, pool and fitness facility as well. Office staff is wonderful along with maintance. If you need something it's handled in a timely manner. The rent is reasonable for what you get. I have a friend who rents a studio apartment at Bridge Park in Dublin and pays way too much, for less ammenities. Visitor parking could be better, but overall the complex is safe, clean and a great place to call home.

|Recommended: YesThey're Not Perfect, But Better Than Most — I lived at Bridgestone for 2 years until I recently moved to be closer to family. I will miss their reasonable rent, quality upgrades, modern color scheme, top-notch maintenance staff, relaxing lakes, and their covered grilling pavilion. I will not miss the limited parking. For your protection, I suggest keeping a copy of all communication to and from the office. I recommend them, had a lovely time there and hate to leave

Upgraded apartments are really nice, nice fitness room and neighbors are friendly not to mention it's pretty close to everything. I mean I really enjoy living here, It's a nice community and being that I have kids, I feel that it is very safe here.

|Recommended: YesNice But, Can Hear People Above — It's nice here the outside is well taken care of and looks good. But being on the first floor you hear the people above you often.

|Recommended: YesWonderful, Quiet Place To Live. — Neighbors are very quiet, walls are thick enough you can't hear televisions or movement. Windows and doors seal tightly. Heating and air conditioning bill stays the same year round, and the groundskeepers do a fantastic job of keeping things tidy. Office staff is polite and qualified, and responds quickly to voicemails and requests. Maintenance team is responsive and courteous.
All in all, a great place to call home.
