|Recommended: YesThird Year Here And Will Continue — The first important point to mention is that the maintenance staff are very good. So far, we have always had very quick response from them, whenever we logged a request. Parking is adequate and the grounds are maintained well. There is always coffee available in the office. The gym though small is functional. The printing facility is good. On the whole, a good place to live.

|Recommended: YesVery Good Community To Stay — I have been living this community for the past 3 years. My stay here is always enjoyable and maintenance request were always addressed on time. The staffs are very professional and helpful always. Always I recommend this community for my friends unfortunately some of them did not get it due to unavailability of the units that time. I never hesitate to recommend this to any any one.

|Recommended: YesI Feel At Home Here At West Chase, I Love It — This complex is clean, safe, comfortable, nice and accommodating. The layout of the unit and the staff are what made me chose West Chase over the other 5-6 apartments I looked at and I didn't hesitate at all to renew my lease when it came time. Anything I need assistance with maintenance , I receive right away. This is a great place to live
