The staff is extremely supportive and willing to help no matter how big or small the problem. The property is very clean and quiet compared to other places I've been. The amenities are great so far and rent is affordable

|Recommended: YesThis Community Is Wonderful And I Love My Life Here — Everything about this place is near perfect. The grounds are situated in a little secluded pocket of the city and feels very safe. There is easy access to get anywhere in the city. The grounds are nicely kept and there is a lake, a dog path and dog park. I love all the trees that surround the community and the lake is very picturesque. The staff is attentive and have quickly responded to every maintenance request I've had. I faintly hear my neighbors thru the walls, it's never disturbing. I downsized from a 4 bedroom single family home to a 2 bedroom apartment, so I haven't lived in apartments for a very long time and don't have any memory to compare it to, but I am beyond pleased with this place.

|Recommended: YesA Home Rather Than Just An Apartment — We have lived at Marble Cliff Commons for almost a year and we are renewing our lease for another year. We love it here The office and maintenance staff are all wonderful and so personable. The complex is quiet and the apartments are spacious with high ceilings and tons of natural light from the many windows. It is a perfect distance from Hilliard, Upper Arlington, and Grandview. We recommend the complex to everyone we know that is looking for an apartment
